For the first error message, does this VC_redist.x86.exe exists or not? According to the error message, it seems the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable is corrupted on your computer, please try to download the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 and run it to repair. If it works fine, then install the latest Visual C++ again.
I had the exact same problem that's why i'm trying to help all those mates that run into this problem. I found the solution elsewhere. It said to Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed -us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed download troubleshooter button on the link. Run it - choose option - have problem with installing - it lists programs - choose the missing / problematic visual c++ runtimes in the list it will run and get fixed. Repeat for each visual c++ you having problems with. I ran the program multiple times.

Please try to follow this doc and download the msiinv.exe to get the product code of the Visual C++ redistrbutable and then running msiexec /x to forcibly uninstall the product. If it works, retry this installation again.
