Unfortunately, no one has responded to me regarding the WiFi Pod issue. I was given ticket number 46306652, but I have no idea whether this is actually on your incident tracking system. Anyway, the pod continues to pulse through a cycle of different colours, mainly green and white and occasionally blue, and the Virgin media connect app reports "No WiFi Pods detected".
